Can double and will still fit in large Crock-Pot!
3 lb. new red potatoes washed
1 T olive oil
1 oz. dry Italian dressing mix
1. In a Zip-Lock bag, mix oil and dressing mix.
2. add potatoes an shake to coat.
3. Put in Crock and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 5 hours.
