Bechamel Sauce

3/4 C butter
1/4 C tapioca flour
4 C cream
salt

1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Do not allow to burn.

2. Whisk in flour.

3. Slowly pour in cream while whisking. Cook and whisk until thickened.

4. Season to taste.
