1 butternut squash peeled
1 T salt
1 T pepper
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
1 T paprika
1/2 T chili powder
2 T coconut oil, melted
1. Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Cut into thin strips.
2. Combine all the spices in a bowl.
3. Place the squash on a tray and drizzle with coconut oil. Sprinkle the spices over top, and toss to coat.
4. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Half way through the baking, toss.
