Crock Chicken Mediterranean

8 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
1 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 C white wine (optional)
1 1/2 C chicken broth
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 C sun dried tomato

1. Put oil and chicken in a skillet and brown meat evenly and transfer to Crock-Pot.

2. In the same skillet, add garlic, wine, broth, and basil and bring to a boil.

3. Pour over chicken scatter tomatoes on top.

4. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
