1 med head green cabbage
2 T melted butter
1 T dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp pepper
salt
1 tsp caraway seeds
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together butter, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper, and caraway seeds.
3. Cut cabbage into slices, and lay on cookie sheet. Brush all sides with the butter mixture.
4. Bake for about 30-40 minutes, until crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
