Simply delicious
2-4 lb chicken, boneless skinless is ideal, but can be cleaned out if you only have it on the bone
1-2 C salsa
1-3 T taco seasoning
onions, peeled and sliced into rings (Optional)
Server with: tortillas, shredded cheddar, shredded lettuce and sour cream
1. Put everything in the crock, cook it on low for 8 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
2. Shred the chicken with a fork. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce,lettuce wrap or in tortillas or taco shells with fixins.
