Orange Chicken

1 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped bell pepper
1/2 C chopped celery
6 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 cloves garlic minced
6 oz orange juice
1 tsp orange zest
2 T honey
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dried ginger

1. Put veggies in Crock. Add chicken.

2. Mix together spices and add to chicken.

3. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over top.

4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Servings: 6
