Steph's Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

1 lb turkey sausage, uncooked
8 oz cream cheese, softened
(garlic powder & onion powder) optional
3/4 c almond meal
1/2 c coconut flour
4 oz shred cheddar cheese
 

1. Heat oven to 400.  
2. Mix ingredients well, roll into 1" balls.  (Note: I used a 1" scoop instead of rolling into balls which is why they were not exactly perfect, but it took much less time). 
3.  Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown.  

Can be frozen uncooked, cook longer if heating from frozen.  (Note:  I cooked 20 minutes and then put them in a warm crock pot to serve to the crowd.  I may have cooked a bit longer if I was just serving to the family right away.)
