Mixed greens of choice (Kale,collards,mustard,spianch,etc), diced small
bell pepper, chopped
sun dried tomatoes, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
peas ( thawed if frozen)
olives, chopped
pine nuts
fresh herbs of choice, if available
crushed garlic
extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
ground seed of choice such as pumpkin, flax, sunflower, etc.
1. Toss everything together and adjust amounts to taste.
