Cheese Fondue



You may do this in a double boiler.  Start with beer and seasonings.  Whisk in flour coated cheese in stages as it melts and serve.

1 C light beer
2-3 cloves garlic clove, minced
4 tsp dry mustard
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
12 oz cheddar cheese grated
4 oz Swiss cheese grated
4 T flour of choice

1. Toss cheese with flour and put in the crock.

2. Add remaining ingredients.  Put on high for 2 hours.  Whisk to mix well.  Turn down to warm and serve.
