Zesty Chicken

2 C cranberry sauce
1/2 C dried apricots, quartered
1/2 tsp grated orange zest
1/4 C orange juice (or one orange)
1 large shallot chopped
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1. Put chicken in the Crock.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together all other ingredients and pour over chicken.

3. Cook on low for 7-9 hours or high 4-5.

4. Serve with sauce.
