Crock Asian Flank Steak


2 lb flank steak
1/2-1 C pineapple juice
2 T coconut Aminos
1 tsp fresh ginger grated
1 T sherry
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 C pineapple chopped
1-2 C green vegetable ( peas, broccoli, green bean etc.)

1. Roll flank steak and cut into 6 strips. Then slice in bite-sized chunks.

2. Brown meat in a skillet. Place in Crock.

3. Mix up sauce and pour over meat in Crock.

4. Cook on low for 8 hours.

5. About 1 hour before serving, add pineapple and vegetables.

6. Serve over rice.
