Crock Balsamic Chicken and Veggies (with Rice)

12 pieces boneless and skinless chicken (about 3-4 lbs)
2 heads garlic, peeled (about 40 cloves)
4 zucchini cut into chunks
4 summer squash, cut into chunks
4 bell pepper, chopped
2 onion, chopped
1/2  C balsamic vinegar
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and black pepper to taste

1. Put chicken pieces in crock, salt and pepper them.

2. Mix together vinegar and Worchestershire sauce in measuring cup.

3. Put chopped veggies and garlic in a large bowl.  Drizzle and toss veggies in sauce and put over chicken.

4. Cook on Low for 8 hours.

5. TO MAKE A ONE POT MEAL WITH RICE INCLUDED:   Use a large 6 qrt+ crockpot.  Start with 4C raw rice, and 6C water or broth -then proceed with the rest of the recipe as stated above.
