Crock Burger Stroganoff

1 1/2 lb ground beef
3 slices beef bacon diced
1 onion chopped
2-3 T flour
1 C mushrooms coarsely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 can mushroom soup
2 T dry red wine
1 C sour cream

1. In a large skillet, brown beef and bacon.

2. Put in Crock, and add onion, flour, mushrooms, salt, and paprika. Mix to coat.

3. Add soup and wine, mix.

4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

5. Add sour cream and serve over toast.
