2 tsp beef bouillon
1 C boiling water
2 C cream of mushroom soup
1 C mushrooms sliced
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves fresh garlic minced
1 T Worchestershire sauce
1 1/2-2 lb beef cubed or ground
8 oz cream cheese
1 lb egg noodles freshly cooked
1. Brown ground beef first if using. ( beef cubes can go in uncooked.)
2. Dissolve bouillon in hot water in the bottom of the Crock.
3. Add all ingredients (except cream cheese and noodles) to the Crock-Pot.
4. Cook on low 7-8 hours
5. Just before serving, cook your noodles, and add cream cheese to the Crock to warm.
6. Serve over noodles, Potatoes, Greens or Eggs
