Crock Hoisin Wings

2-3 lbs chicken wings, drumsticks, or thighs
1/2 C hoisin sauce
1/4 C honey
4-5 cloves garlic crushed
1 inch piece of ginger peeled and grated
1 T sesame oil

1. Put chicken in Crock.

2. Mick sauce together.

3. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

4. Mix and cook on high for 30 minutes more.
