Crock Italian Beef Sammies & Dip

If avoiding bread, serve over mashed potatoes, GF noodles, on a bed of greens, rice or roast veggies

The dip MAKES the sandwich!  I highly recommend serving them on a nice hard crusty roll that will support the sandwich being dipping in the juice.  You may also serve with roasted peppers on the sandwich.
 Sides that go nicely would be,  fermented veggies or salad or fresh peppers of choice.  

5 lb. beef roast
3 C water
4 T Momma's Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
1  bay leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1/2  tsp pepper
pinch Red pepper flakes to taste

1. Put everything in the pot.

2. Cook on high 5 hours or low 8-10 hours

Servings: 12
