Garlic Parm Chicken
1 C shredded parm
1 T parsley, finely chopped
1 T oregano, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 lbs chicken
1/2 C melted butter
3-4 cloves garlic minced
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Melt butter with the garlic and cook over very low heat to allow the garlic to infuse the butter or about 10 minutes.
3. Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a shallow bowl.
4. Dip each piece of chicken into the butter mixture, then roll in the cheese mixture coating well.. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Turn if they get too brown on top.
