Herb Baked Eggs
4 small garlic clove, minced
4 T minced fresh parsley, rosemary, and thyme
4 T parmesan
12 large eggs
1/2 C cream
4 T butter
salt and pepper
1. Preheat the broiler for 5 minutes and place the oven rack 6 inches below the heat.
2. Combine the garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and Parm, and set aside. In the bottom of a 2 quart dish, put butter and cream. Put under broiler for about 3 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Crack eggs into hot pan, and sprinkle herbs over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Place back under the broiler for 6-12 minutes.( you may need to bake to finish up.)
4. Serve hot.
Tips
If using dried herbs, reduce from tablespoons to teaspoons.
