Janelle's Egg and Spinach Casserole

6 eggs, beaten
3/4 C onion, chopped
1/4 C flour
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained.
16 oz cottage cheese
1/2 C butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Butter a 9X13 baking dish.

3. In a bowl, beat eggs, add flour, than onions.

4. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish.

5. Bake about 45 minutes until slightly browned in top.

6. Can assemble and bake when needed if desired.
