Cream Cheese Scrambled Eggs

8 oz cream cheese
1/4 C cream
16    eggs
2/3 C grated Parmesan
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 C crumbled beef bacon or sausage
1/4 C butter

1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and cream until smooth.

2. Beat in eggs, cheese, lemon pepper, and salt. Stir in beef.

3. In a large skillet, melt butter; add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set.
