Paprika Cream Chicken



boneless and skinless chicken
broccoli
cheddar cheese
cream
butter
garlic powder
smoked paprika
salt
pepper

1. In a baking dish, put a couple dollops of butter in the bottom of the pan.  Place chicken pieces on top of the butter.

2. GENEROUSLY season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic

3. Bake for 1 hour until cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, steam some brocc and set aside.

5. Make a slurry with equal parts corn starch and cream, whisked together.

6. When the chicken is done, remove the chicken from the pan into another pan, top with steamed broccoli.

7. Add cream slurry and additional cream to the pan drippings.  Whisk and heat until thickened.  Pour the cream sauce over the broccoli and chicken.  Warm if needed, and serve.

Oven Temperature: 375°F
