Peppermint Chocolate



1/4 C cocoa
1/2 C coconut oil
1/2 tsp liquid stevia
1/2 tsp peppermint extract

1. Line a baking dish with parchment

2. In a saucepan, melt coconut oil, remove from heat, mix in remaining ingredients.

3. Pour into a dish and refrigerate to cool. Cut into the size pieces you like.
