Round Steak and Gravy - Crock

2-2 1/2 lb boneless round steak
1 pint  homemade condensed mushroom soup (see condesnsed cream of anything soup recipe)
1 C chopped celery
1/2 onion choped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 packet dried onion soup mix
milk or cream (if needed)
arrow root or tapioca for thickening

1. Put round steak in Crock.

2. In a bowl mix together remaining ingredients (except milk and cornstarch) and pour over steak in Pot.

3. Cook on low for 8-9 hours.

4. A half hour before serving, mix together cornstarch and milk. Break up meat with a fork and pour milk over top. Mix.

5. Cook on high with the lid off for a half hour.

6. Serve over rice, toast, or mashed potatoes.
