1/4 C course chopped parsley
3 T olive oil
2 T grainy mustard
1 T dijon mustard
1 small red onion thinly sliced
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
4 cans sardines in oil
4 large celery ribs chopped very small
salt and pepper
1. Mix together all ingredients. Chill and serve cold.
