Simple Salmon Patties
2 cans wild caught salmon,drained
3 eggs
2 T lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C coconut flour
3-4 chopped green onions (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients together and fry in a hot skillet.
