4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 med onion thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic
1/2 C balsamic vinegar
1 T olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1. Pour the olive oil on bottom of slow cooker.
2. Salt and pepper chicken and put in crock.
3. Lay sliced onion on top of chicken and put garlic and dried herbs on top.
4. Pour in vinegar and top with tomatoes.
5. Cook on high for 4 hours and serve.
