Slow Cooker Asian Short Ribs
4 lbs beef short ribs
1/2 C coconut aminos (Tamari)
1/2 C broth
2 T acv
4 T honey
1 T grated ginger
5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1. Place ribs in the bottom of your crock.
2. Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over top of ribs. Toss evenly to coat.
3. Cook on low for at least 6 hours, turning the ribs one for even cooking.
4. Remove ribs from slow cooker and set aside to cool. Pour the liquid from the slow cooker into a saucepan on the stove. Bring it to a boil and reduce until thickened. You can add sesame seeds or oil to the sauce at this point also.
5. Using your fingers, Pull the meat off the bones and shted into small chunks. Pour desired amount of sauce over top and stir evenly to coat.
6. May serve with green onions on top for garnish.
