Smoky BBQ Sauce



6 oz tomato paste
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 C vinegar
1/4-1/2 C water ( depending on consistency)
1 T onion, diced small
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
liquid smoke to taste
dash cayenne
salt and black pepper to taste
stevia to taste
