Homemade Condensed Cream of Anything Soup


  1. Good for use in place of canned condensed soups. Sub almonds, tapioca, or arrowroot for grain free flour. You may also add gelatin for thickener.


1 1/2 C chicken, mushroom, or veggie
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp parsley
  paprika
1 1/2 C milk
3/4 C flour

1. In a medium saucepan, boil broth. Whisk in 1/2C of milk and seasonings for a minute or two.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining milk and the flour. Whisk into the saucepan continually until thickened.

Yield: About two cans worth.
