Weekend Breakfast Bake

Be sure to use our homemade condensed soup mix for this recipe.

1-1 1/2 lb bulk beef sausage
1/3 C onion chopped
4 C Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded
10 eggs , lightly beaten
1 pint homemade condensed cream of mushroom soup

1. In a skillet, sautee onion and brown the sausage.

2. Put meat and onions in a 9x13 baking dish.  Top with cheese.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together condensed soup and beaten eggs.  Pour over cheese.

4. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until knife inserted in  the center comes out clean.  Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Servings: 10

Oven Temperature: 400°F
