Breakfast Casserole

1/2 lb precooked beef bacon or sausage
2 C broccoli florets, cut into small pieces
8 slices of bread
2 T butter
3/4 C shredded cheese of choice
12 eggs
2 C milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

1. Butter your 9X13 baking dish.

2. Butter bread slices and lay in the bottom of the baking dish.

3. Layer brocc, meat, and cheese on top of bread.

4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and seasonings.

5. Pour egg mixture over all.

6. Refrigerate overnight or bake right away.

7. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until eggs are solid.
