Amy's Orange Almond Salad

DRESSING:
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
2 T sugar or honey
2 T apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
dash hot sauce
SALAD:
11 C romaine lettuce, shredded
2  11oz cans mandarin oranges or equivalent
1/4 C toasted almonds
2 green onions, chopped
rice noodles, dry (optional)

1. Make the dressing in a small bowl.  Put salad in a large bowl.

2. Toss as much dressing into the salad as you like - to taste.  You may not use all the dressing.  Serve immediately.
