Crock Creamy Herbed Chicken


If you are avoiding wheat.  Use a gluten free crackers, crumbled (such as our savory cracker recipe) to replace stuffing mix.  Add seasoning of they are plain crackers.

6 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
6 slices swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 C herbed stuffing mix
1/2 C chicken broth

1. Place chicken in the bottom of the Crock and lay a slice of cheese on top of each piece. (Layering if needed.)

2. Pour mushroom soup over top.

3. Layer stuffing mix next.

4. Drizzle broth over stuffing.

5. Cook on low 8-10 hours.

Servings: 6
