Crock Creamy Italian Chicken

4-6 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves
2 T Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 C water
1 8 oz cream cheese
2 C cream of mushroom soup (equivalent to 1 can)
4-8 oz canned mushrooms

1. Put chicken in Crock.

2. Combine dressing mix and water, pour over chicken.

3. Cook on high for 4 hours.

4. Mix together the remaining ingredients, add to Crock.

5. Cook for 1 hour on low.

6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Servings: 5

Tips
If using fresh mushrooms, put them right in with the cold chicken.
