Sloppy Joe-Tato

Top baked potatoes or homefries with butter and Traditional Sloppy Joe! Or on top of Cauli Mashed No-Tatos, or buttered spaghetti squash or a bed of greens or over gluten free noodles if you are really feeling rebellious.  :-)

2 lbs ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 C ketchup
1 bell pepper chopped
3 T Worchestershire sauce
3 T brown sugar
2 T prepared mustard
2 T apple cider vinagar
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
buns to serve

1. In a skillet, brown meat, onion, and garlic.

2. Put in Crock-Pot.

3. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Cook on low for 5-7 hours.

5. Serve with buns, sandwich style.
